Originally founded in 2011 by veteran tattoo artist Bruno Jardim as Gypsy Stables Tattoo Emporium in Soho, the studio began a bold new chapter in June 2025 with a move to Fitzrovia and a rebrand as Gypsy Stables Tattoo Collective.
The bright, modern, air-conditioned studio is just a few minutes’ walk from Oxford Street, and under ten minutes from the British Museum, surrounded by the vibrant neighbourhoods of Marylebone, Bloomsbury, and Tottenham Court Road.
Home to a collective of world-class resident tattoo artists and international guest artists, the studio is known for its professionalism, creativity, and commitment to quality. Each artist brings a unique style and approach to the craft, contributing to a diverse and dynamic creative environment.
Within the studio is also a piercing division established in 2025 offering professional piercings, tooth gems, and a curated selection of high-quality body jewellery—designed to support personal expression with style and precision.
