Originally founded in 2011 by veteran tattoo artist Bruno Jardim as Gypsy Stables Tattoo Emporium in Soho, the studio began a bold new chapter in June 2025 with a move to Fitzrovia and a rebrand as Gypsy Stables Tattoo Collective.
The bright, modern, air-conditioned studio is just a few minutes’ walk from Oxford Street and under ten minutes from the British Museum, surrounded by the vibrant neighbourhoods of Marylebone, Bloomsbury, and Tottenham Court Road.

Within the studio is Piercing 33, the newly launched piercing division established in 2025. Though the name is new, the team behind it is made up of the same trusted technicians who have provided expert service for years. Piercing 33 offers professional piercings, tooth gems, and a curated selection of high-quality body jewellery—designed to support personal expression with style and precision.
